MakePart English

From DXF drawing to CNC code in under 1 minute.

From material, thickness, process and type of cut path, Makepart automatically selects type of leadin and leadout together with cutting parameters from a database.

Copy, move, rotate and mirror parts and placing them on the plate in a very simple and easy way.

Change leadin and leadout type and size, overcut or undercut, clearance or material allowance on holes, ignore or centermark very small holes, prepierce, automatically lower cutting speed and locking THC on small holes or a part of a cutting path etc.

All information in the cut charts, like THC parameters, gas types and pressure can be coded into the NC-file.

Automatically generated remnant plate depending on material and thickness, printout of the nested plate with list of parts, weight, time to process, minimum plate size etc.

Many different postprocessors with different combinations of NC machines, plasma power supply, oxyfuel torches available, if we don’t have the one you need we will make one, even for the free demo version of Makepart.

No recurring fees, pay one time then free support and free updates.

Download a fully functional demo, with the only restriction that it will newer cut to size, from here: MPDemo

From DXF-file to CNC-file in just under 1 minute.
More parts is loaded, copied, rotated and placed on the plate with a few keystrokes.
Some parts are edited to get rid of holes to small to cut with selected process and som of the leads are moved to better places on the cutting path.
Type of lead and size and cutting parameters are selected from a Database with regard to selected material, thickness, process and type of cut.
Type of lead and size, speed, kerf, how height controle should work, centrum dimple marking instead of cutting or simply ignoring a cut path can be done individually for each cut on the part.
Five parts a placed on the plate and made to a CNC-file and a remnant plate are being saved.
The remnant plate are then being used again to cut some more parts.
Loading a recurring jobb in 75 mm thick plate. The job consist of a number of parts including the plate.
As it is a relatively thick plate we use the prepierce function to cut small holes to use for edge start when cutting the parts.
